Online Return Policy

Toytown.ph will only accept returns if the items are damaged or defective. If the items are deemed to be damaged, they must have been damaged at the time of shipping or in transit. If the items were damaged after the customer received the items, these will no longer be accepted as returns.

  • Items must be returned, in new or like-new condition, within 7 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including sales invoice, manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded for all qualified returns. If you are returning an item, please call our Customer Service at telephone number (02) 556-1633..
  • Online purchases can also be returned to any Toytown store location for merchandise credit when returned within 7 days from date of receipt.
  • Toytown.ph reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
